Chocolate Loc Styles is a Loctician Service.
Stephanie "Chocolate Loc Queeen" is a self taught Loctician, that has been doing locs for over 8 years. This Queen also has locs her self. She takes great pride in her work ethic and customer service! Chocolate Loc Styles was created to cater to or encourage Kings and Queens to do their own locs with love. We sell hair products, supplies and accessories to help take care of locs or accessories locs. We also enjoying pampering our clients. Your able to enjoy your own vibe while relaxing and getting their locs done.
All products, supplies, dryer and other equipment are provided.

Policy & Rules

Location- Private location in Palmdale will be provided the day before your appointment. NO LOUD MUSIC. I'm mobile (for a FEE). I will come to your home.

Contact- Text, Call, Email, Instagram or Dm for basic questions.

Communication- Please be patient and respectful to my personal time and contact me during business hours. 9a-7p I am using my HANDS. Please give me 24-48hrs to respond (No last minute booking/ NO Saturdays).

1st appointment- Before booking your 1st appointment I must receive a current picture of your hair so I have a better idea of what your locs look like and get apporval to book. Also please state what city you are located in.

Booking- Please Book Online. I can not hold appointments. If you are having issues please tx me about issue (Please NO calls about times)

Pop ups- Pop ups are usally on Sundays. I pop up in the city of Los Angeles and Sherman Oaks Salons. I will post dates on social media or you can text me the month of, I dont post them on booking site. I will open up slot for you so be deposit ready, up to 5-6 available slots.

Deposits- Required to pay a ($20-$50 NON refundable) deposit hold your appointment day and time, which is included in the price.

Balance- Pay the rest of your balance in person or pay full amount before your appointment (if using app an additional $2 fee is added ).

Last Minute Booking- Booking in less than 48 hrs or after 7pm a ($20 fee) is added. Text ONLY until 7:00pm.

Old Style - Take down old style or a ($30 Take Down Fee) is added. New Starter Loc clients keep in style .

Cancellations- Please Cancel ASAP do not wait until the last minute. You have 48hrs before appointment to cancel and receive refund. If you cancel day before you forfeit your deposit.(Remember Deposits are Non Refundable).

Referrals- $10 discount for every new person who completes their 1st appointment.

Safety- You're welcome to share my phone # and social media with referrals NOT Address. Please DO NOT POST phone # or Address on social media. Welcome to repost pictures, social media or website.

Safety- Do not leave your child unattended Under 14yrs. I must move on to next client .
